Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, offers, and agreements between you (the “Client”) and Cash Spring Works (cashspringworks.com), 401 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 5A1, Canada (Business Number: 874692315).

2. Services

Cash Spring Works provides consulting and digital solutions in the field of cash-flow management, liquidity forecasting, and financial workflow optimization, including:

  • Analysis and optimization of cash-flow processes,
  • Forecasting and reporting automation setup,
  • Integration of dashboard and alerting tools,
  • Delivery of process summaries and data reviews,
  • Ongoing technical support and updates.

3. Contract conclusion

You may request our services through the contact form on our website or via email at contact@cashspringworks.com. A binding contract is established only once you receive written confirmation from Cash Spring Works outlining the service scope and pricing. Any modifications or additions must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Fees & payment

All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due within 10 days of invoice date, unless different terms are agreed in writing. For recurring or subscription-based services, invoices may be issued monthly or annually. In the event of delayed payment, access to services may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

5. Liability

Cash Spring Works performs all services with reasonable care and in accordance with current professional standards. However, the company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit, opportunity, or data, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual property & usage rights

All content, documentation, and materials provided by Cash Spring Works remain protected by copyright and intellectual-property law. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for internal business purposes only. Redistribution, duplication, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Cancellation, withdrawal & refund policy

Project or session cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to contact@cashspringworks.com. Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is received:

  • More than 14 days before project start: full (100%) refund.
  • 7–14 days before project start: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before project start: no refund.

Work already initiated will be invoiced proportionally. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after confirmation; bank processing times may vary.

8. Data protection

Protecting your personal data is a core priority for Cash Spring Works. All processing of customer data complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 9. Availability & maintenance

Cash Spring Works strives for continuous availability of its systems and services. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical incidents. Clients will be notified in advance of scheduled maintenance windows. The company is not liable for service interruptions that are reasonable or unavoidable.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these Terms is Vancouver, BC, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
